One Heart - One Vision's Retreat at One Earth Meditation Centre

One Earth, One Sky, One Humankind Retreat and Meditation Centre was built by Anand Ashram Foundation (affiliated with the United Nation). Last long weekend, One Earth held a retreat (2 - 5 June 2011) at Ciawi, Bogor, West Java, Indonesia. The theme was One Heart - One Vision. The event was attended by many participants from Jakarta, Bandung (West Java), Yogyakarta, Solo, Semarang, (Central Java), Bali, Lampung (Sumatra Island) and Kalimantan (Borneo Island).

This retreat provided many self empowerment programs. They were packaged in a different way:

-Every morning the participants practise Dynamic Meditation together

-A Spiritual Meeting (Satsang) with Mr. Anand Krishna

-Workshops, they were packed in a relax and fungky way. For examples: Team Work, Spiritual Organization and Creative Work

- Working Meditation

- Yoga Practise

- Circle of Launghter

- Bhajan (a group devotional singing to praise the Lord)

- Nationality Discussion

- Sufi Mehfil (Sufi Dancing)

These all meditation exercises given in this retreat is to sensitize ourselves. In order to realize that there is one value dormant in every human being. It is the value of humanity. By becoming aware of this value, a person shal life more human. This one value was originated from a single source of all: God Almighty. Realizing human value means realizing God as One Entity. Thus, the Indonesian people will no longer life in many boxes that separate each human being with others. They will not life in the barriers that separate humans from their humanity.

This vision must be owned by every children of this nation. The vision embodied in the slogan of national unity: Bhinneka Tunggal Ika. Therefore, to achieve the vision every children of Motherland should start from him/herself. By empowering themselves so that the seed of awareness will grow and develop well. We actually never separated from Human Value among people. Everywhere our feet step on One Earth and our eyes look at One Sky: "One Earth, One Sky, One Humankind"

The event was closed by Mr. Anand Krishna. This spiritual activist adviced that after participants arrive back in the hustle of the world, they should, "Keep on working. Working with a full devotion, as a form of offering to the All Mighty, that is One."
